Feedback Training

 Feedback training is one of the best tools that can be used for effective communication with trainees and their superiors. It can help you develop an open and clear line of communication between you and your trainees. Feedback is very important during group work and team projects. Without feedback, group participants may feel disinterested and uncomfortable. On the contrary, providing feedback can also foster team unity, as everyone in the group will be looking for ways to improve their performance.


Effective feedback sessions should not only be limited to the trainer and the trainees. They should be distributed equally among all those involved in the project, such as the managers, developers, testers, and other team members. The feedback should be tailored in such a way that each participant's needs and goals are taken into account.

Different groups may benefit from different types of training. For instance, one group may need training to become more accountable for their actions and another group may want to learn how to be more creative and use their imagination more effectively.

This can be done in one-to-one settings, in group settings, or in an environment that allows all trainees to give feedbacks.


The importance of feedbacks lies in the fact that feedback help make individuals more aware of their own and other people's behavior so that they will be able to do better in their own and other people's lives. Feedbacks also make people more competent in learning and developing. Finally, feedback can help the trainees to develop and grow as individuals. Through feedback, trainees can learn how to adapt to any given situation and learn the proper way to interact with others.
